After over a decade of personal practice, Victoria felt called to deepen her relationship with yoga and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in June 2023 at the Ananda Ashram Yoga Society of New York. Yoga has been a supportive tool in her personal growth, helping her navigate life's lessons with greater awareness. Experiencing first hand yoga's ability to support healing of the body, mind, and spirit inspired her to continue her studies through Kripalu's Integrated Yoga Therapy program. As she continues her journey toward becoming a certified Yoga Therapist, Victoria brings a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to each class she teaches. "
