Date and Time: Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:30 & Sunday mornings 9-10

Yoga for All levels

Yoga for all focuses on using our breath to help bring health and awareness while connecting to our body and mind. Rooted in Hatha yoga and inspired by a background in Bioenergetics, this class is designed to help build strength, stamina, balance and flexibility for all of life.

 

Class Fee: $15 per class

                 $12 per class if you buy 4 or more

                 $10 per class for seniors 70+

NO SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED, WALK-INS WELCOME

Materials: Bring your yoga mat if you have one

All classes are available simultaneously on Zoom

Chair Yoga class

Chair yoga offers a great way for everyone to get all the wonderful health benefits of yoga while being gentle on the body. This class is accessible to yogis of all ages and body types and for anyone with limited mobility. With the use of props, breath, awareness and movement, this class helps develop and maintain strength, balance and flexibility both on and off the mat.

Class Fee: $15 per class

                 $12 per class if you buy 4 or more

                 $10 per class for seniors 70+
