Yoga for All levels

Yoga for all focuses on using our breath to help bring health and awareness while connecting to our body and mind. Rooted in Hatha yoga and inspired by a background in Bioenergetics, this class is designed to help build strength, stamina, balance and flexibility for all of life.

 

Class Fee: $12 per class

                 $10 per class for seniors 70+

                 NO SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED, WALK-INS WELCOME

           You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.

                  All other props are available as well.

                  Classes are in person and on Zoom

CHAIR YOGA CLASS

Date and Time: Tuesday evenings 6:45-7:45 & Saturday mornings 10-11

Location: 104 Lake RD, Valley Cottage, NY 10989

Course: Chair Yoga class

Chair Yoga class

Chair yoga offers a great way for everyone to get all the wonderful health benefits of yoga while being gentle on the body. This class is accessible to yogis of all ages and body types and for anyone with limited mobility. With the use of props, breath, awareness and movement, this class helps develop and maintain strength, balance and flexibility both on and off the mat.

Level 1/ Gentle Yoga
Thursdays 11am - 12:30pm
At the beautiful Ta Ra Institute in Valley Cottage.
Class fees are on a sliding scale, $15-$25.

 

Yoga is an energy process as well as a movement practice.

Yogis see the body as a vessel of energy, and asana is a tool to free that energy.

This is why we feel so good from it.

Her classes are influenced by years as a dancer and deep regard for yoga philosophy.
