Course: Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra & Restorative Sound Bath

Valerie Sonnenthal will lead a 30 minute Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra followed by an hour Restorative Sound Bath using Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Monochord, Tuning Forks, Chimes and assorted instruments. This is a benefit for TaRa Institute with a suggested donation of $20. RSVP 845-268-7717. Feel free to bring your own Yoga mat, blanket and eye pillow or whatever you need to be comfortable lying down.
