Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.  Through the practice of movement (asana), breath (pranayama), sound current (mantra), and meditation, we are able to tap into areas of our BE-ing that cause unbalance deep within our core.  When doing so, we are able to release energies that no longer serve, leading to increased wellness, health and vitality.  This ancient, powerful scientific technology, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PhD, is a great way to invigorate and heal your body, mind and spirit.  It is done by stimulating the nervous and immune systems, while improving strength and flexibility, as it centers the mind and opens the spirit.  From your very first class, you will find an improvement in physical ailments, stress, depression, insomnia and weight control.  Kundalini Yoga is a path to awakening the full potential of human awareness by clearing inner duality and cultivating stillness.  This is a practice that everyone can do!
