Kathy has lived in Rockland County for over 50 years. She first learned about meditation art from her long-time friend, Winni Curran. Kathy holds a master’s degree in Library and Information Science and works as a children's librarian. Her ‘Art from the Heart’ meditation program has been offered at libraries for tweens and adults and at senior centers throughout Rockland. She enjoys meeting people of all ages. For many years, Kathy met with friends to go deeper within through meditation art. No previous meditation experience or artistic talent is required – just a desire to express your experience within your heart. She wants to share this process with you and offers this program in loving memory of her friend and mentor, Winni.
